Our check-ups are designed for prevention, optimising your health and early detection of certain diseases. They complement, and do not replace, a medical examination when clinical symptoms are present.
Not a check-up like the others
The same blood draw, a different journey. The Yuboost home check-up does not replace your doctor: it gives you a complete measurement, at home, without waiting for symptoms to appear.

Step-by-step process
Blood draw at home
A registered nurse comes to your home to take the blood sample in optimal comfort and safety.
Laboratory analysis
The samples are sent to an accredited partner Swiss laboratory, which analyses your results according to the medical prescription.
Results and recommendations
Within 7 working days (14 days for the NAD+ test), your results and personalised recommendations are sent to you by email.
Online consultation, optional
An online appointment with one of our doctors to review your situation, assess your needs and, if necessary, prescribe vitamin infusions.
Vitamin support, optional
In some cases, a vitamin infusion may be recommended. It is given by a qualified nurse at your home.

Do I need a prescription?
No. The prescription is included in the check-up: there is no need to go through your family doctor.
Do I need to fast?
For most blood tests, yes: 8 to 12 hours without eating, with water as you like. The exact instructions are in the confirmation email.
When will I receive my results?
Within 7 working days for blood tests, 14 days for the NAD+ test. The report is sent by email.
What does the report contain?
The numerical results for each biomarker, the reference ranges, an interpretation by a doctor and personalised recommendations.
Are the check-ups reimbursed?
Preventive check-ups are generally not covered by basic health insurance. Some supplementary plans reimburse part of the cost: ask your insurer, with the invoice.
